About us

The operating company of Maxi Terminal Hamm GmbH was founded in November 2021 and is an assocation of 5 parties:

• Lanfer Transporte 50%
• Stadtwerke Hamm 20%
• DB Cargo BTT 15%
• Weilke Logistik 7,5%
• Kombiverkehr 7,5%

The Maxi Terminal Hamm covers an area of around ten hectares and is a container terminal that sets standards: Up to 52.000 loading units can be moved here annually. A special feature here is that the facility offers handling and storage facilities for the large tank containers (B-TC) developed by BASF. This makes it the only public and neutral container terminal designed to handle large containers that can hold up to 73.500 liters.

Furthermore, the Maxi Terminal Hamm offers storage capacities for more than 1.000 hazardous goods containers and numerous value-added-services, e.g. filling and decanting or mixing of liquids or cleaning and repair of the containers.
